Fumigation is a bigger decision than most pest treatments, which is why All Over Pest Control walks you through prep, timing, and clearance requirements before you commit to a date. If a real estate deadline is driving the schedule, tell us early so we can coordinate the tenting date accordingly.
Fumigation requires certification well beyond standard pest control licensing, and our crew holds it along with full insurance coverage. Every fumigation job gets a dedicated coordinator, not a rotating point of contact. Every fumigation job gets a dedicated coordinator, not a rotating point of contact.
Tenting, gassing, aeration, and tent removal are all handled by our own crew, start to finish. Gas monitoring equipment is calibrated before each job, not assumed accurate from the last one.
Gas monitoring equipment confirms safe re-entry levels before we allow anyone back into the structure. Fumigation isn't a single step — it's a coordinated process, and each part below is handled by our own licensed crew. One point of contact manages your fumigation from scheduling through clearance, so you're never chasing separate crews for updates.
Drywood termites often infest multiple inaccessible areas at once, which is exactly the scenario whole-structure fumigation is built for.
When an infestation has spread through wall voids and framing throughout the building, fumigation reaches what spot treatment can't.
Tent sealing quality directly affects treatment success, which is why our own crew handles installation rather than subcontracting it.
Required aeration time varies by structure size and conditions, and we monitor gas levels directly rather than guessing based on the clock.
A walk-through before scheduling identifies what needs bagging, removal, or special handling, including plants, food, and medications.
We provide clearance documentation after re-entry testing, useful for insurance claims or real estate closing requirements.
